Here is the description of this error: 

Record Identifier QP32 - Where XXXXXXXXX is the Secondary Notify Party (SCAC, FIRMS, or ABI Routing Code) that does not have a valid EDI profile.

Base on the description and you're filing the AMS Ocean message, likely  due to the SCAC code of your Ocean Carrier is invalid. Please double confirm your Ocean carrier's SCAC code.

Note: in the EDI, it should refer to the secondary Notify party, normally NOVCC provide the Ocean carrier's SCAC code here. you may can check this secondary notify party too if you provide values other than ocean carrier's SCAC.
