Solution

You can double check the data of below 4 fields whether they're correct in the line item 2. 

• HTS Tariff Number: verify HTS tariff classification base on the goods description
• Goods Value: goods value report in 7501 is USD
• Quantity 1: check whether the quantity 1 had been converted properly base on UOM 1
• UOM 1: check whether the UOM is converted properly, for example, the contract UOM is ton and HTS UOM1 is KG
• Currency: if not contract currency is not USD, you need to convert it to USD as the customs broker need to report USD in the 7501
