CONT BOND NOT ACTIVE

it means the continues bond of the bond holder is not active in the ISF filling. 

Normally, we provide the IRS number or CBP assigned number of the importer in the bond holder, sometimes we can use the NVOCC's bond in the bond holder. 

Solution

1. Check the IRS number of CBP assigned number is correct or not;
2. Verify with the bond owner whether the continue bond is active. the bond owner is importer for most of the time, or simetimes can be customs broker's bond or NVOCC's bond. 
3. Check with your service provider, whether they have the importer bond query tool, we can use this function to query the status of the bond directly;
4. Contact CBP if above could not be solved.
